Refund & Delivery Policy

Delivery

Paid study PDFs are digital products. Nothing is shipped by post. After your payment is confirmed, we email the PDF to the email address you entered at checkout within 24 hours. Please check your spam folder. If you have not received it within 24 hours, email enquiry.desktopndraw@gmail.com with your payment ID.

Price

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). No GST is charged; the price shown is the final price.

Refunds

Because a PDF cannot be returned once delivered, payments are generally non-refundable after delivery. You will get a full refund if:

• you were charged twice for the same order,
• the payment was taken but the PDF was not delivered, or
• the file is damaged or wrong and we cannot replace it.

Please report the problem within 7 days of payment.

How to ask for a refund

Email enquiry.desktopndraw@gmail.com with your name, the email used for payment and your Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach your account in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order before the PDF is delivered by emailing us; you will get a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled after delivery.
