Personal learning use

Lessons, study PDFs and other material are for your personal learning. Please do not copy, share, resell or upload them elsewhere without written permission from Desktop N Draw.

Paid PDFs

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Desktop N Draw is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged. The price shown is the final price.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
• One purchase is for one person. You may print it for your own practice, but you may not share the file or resell it.
• Delivery and refunds follow our Refund & Delivery Policy.

Your artwork

Artwork you create while learning belongs to you. When you send artwork for review, you confirm it is your own work. Original lesson artwork, text and PDFs belong to Desktop N Draw.

No guarantee

Learning results depend on practice. We do not promise any specific outcome. Lessons are provided as they are and may be updated.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned.

Other websites and tools

We link to YouTube, Google Drive and Razorpay. We are not responsible for their content or service. ibisPaint X and other product names belong to their owners. Desktop N Draw is not affiliated with them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
